I have a conclusion .... i ran diesel though hand primer pump, through filter, into electric fuel pump back to the tank... filter collected some debri, a teaspoon after 30 minutes.... so I put it back together let it warm up... then from in front of the engine controlled the throttle ... it tried to choke is was not as bad , but still is stalled a little.... so I did it again this time i was hitting the hand pump continuous ... bingo the RPM stayed at 2500... so the pump or the filter will fix it i got both coming....
