started the repair, using a dremel buffer grinder to clean the metal, gona use this product,: Belzona, it is epoxy resin with silicon steel alloy.
got it done this morning, it take 24 hrs to cure

Belzona : Got the leak in oil cooler repaired using Belzona, this product work well , you have to clean the metal real good than applied . also treat some suspected area s with rust treatment . checked everything today no leak

Just an date ,
Hydraulic leak at the cooler is fixed , the batteries is also fixed.
Now it is time to tackle the bigger problem, which is the central hub at the swing gear is leaking , have known about for sometime now it is time
Don,t mean to hog the board or the conversation, II started a post at the Excavator forum,
Any help would be great , I am looking for the procedure to start removing the hub with out having to drain the tank ( that is 82 gal )

pends on what you mean 'central hub'.... the swing motor could be leaking and filling the area with hyd fluid until it get high enough to leak out past the seal or the rotary joint is leaking and doing the same thing....
