Hello all,
I'm the proud new owner of an ancient PC50UU-1 grey market excavator and am having a ton of fun learning how to use one of these for the first time in my 68 years! Recently I have noticed diesel dripping off the bottom of the machine (about 8 oz per day so quite a lot!) and after a lot of crawling around under the machine and peering into the engine bay I discovered that there is a very wet, dripping fuel line on the lower back part of the injection pump. I can barely get my hand in there to feel things let alone repair the problem. Does anyone have a tip on how much stuff I have to take off the engine to actually get at this area? I definitely can't get at it from below.
Any help greatly appreciated - I'd like to get this fixed!
Thanks!
