Kubota SVL90-2 Code E009: easy fix

E009 = Acceleration issue, per p. 87, owner's manual...contact Dealer immediately;

Fix: tilt cab back, p. 57;
should find rodent chewed, broken wire(s) on the untilted part on the starboard side between cab throttle lever (doesn't tilt up with the cab) & engine;
fix broken wires, lower cab, and you should be back in business.
