Komatsu pc50 slow movements

Hi everyone, I own a 2008 Komatsu pc50. When I move the dipper, the boom lifts very slowly, but when I slightly release the dipper joystick the boom lifts just fine and fast. Is there any way to make the boom and dipper work simultaneously? There are hold valves on the boom and dipper cylinders, could that be the problem?
thanks

Good day
Cannot be absolutely certain that my schematic is correct for your machine, it illustrates two main pumps one feeding the arm the other the boom. It may be that one of the circuits may not be functioning correctly.
I would suggest you get the pressures checked out.
Kind regards

Hello, I was reading on here and was curious if you were able to find out what the problem was. I’m having the same issue with my machine. Same machine. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you

If you can give us your machine model , serial number and a detailed description of the functions that don't work as well as the ones that do work then we can try and help out with your problem on the machine

It’s a komatsu pc50mr2. SN 6207.

Overall it seems to operate good. The boom is where I notice the problem . It operates normal if that’s the only thing you’re working . But as soon as you start working the arm or other functions it really lags back in speed and power. It slows way down. If you are trying to lift something it can’t do it unless you are using the boom alone. Then it’ll lift. But any info be appreciated. Thank you.

I can only suggest to perhaps try looking at the pressure compensating valves for the boom , arm and bucket. These PC valve assemblies are located below its corresponding main spool in each main control valve segment. The boom PC valve assembly could be worn/sticking or the boom slice could be worn in the housing. see pdf attached.
