KOMATSU PC200-10 black smoke once working

Good Morning,

Can help to check which problem of machine heavy black smoke once working.
The unit machine already change 6pcs Nozzle, Turbo Assy and EGR Assy but still got problem.
Monitor don't have show any error code

Black smoke is unburned fuel. The most normal causes are over fueling injectors or lack of intake airflow/low turbo boost pressure. Lack of engine compression can be a cause also.

Clogged air filter? that's HUGE machine compared to what I normally work on. Fixed a friends Kioti 55hp tractor... it was working, but man was it smoking black like that. I shut it off, and took the air filter out - literally caked in mud! no idea how it ran. cleaned it up well, put it back in place, and the tractor was running correctly again.

Hope it's something simple for you too!

After starting the engine, adjust the throttle to the maximum and check whether there is any squeaking sound or deformation in each intake pipe.
