Looking for some info. This dozer has 8800 hours on it. You can run it all day long and not use any antifreeze but if you start it fresh in the morning and move and run just a little bit 20 minutes or so the engine oil gets antifreeze in it. Anybody have any insight on where to start looking. Right now im going to get a new radiator cap but I dont think that this is the problem (cheapest way to start). Seams that it is holding pressure for a long time after it is shut down. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Dont think its the radiator cap, you can check compression to confirm fears, but I beieve its head gasket time, and check for pinholed liners while your in there.

The s6d125e series engine is what is in your unit...there r some injector seals that keep coolant from crankcase area...
They use coolant to cool the fuel....possible 1 or more seals bad

Before you tear it all apart, mine did the same, but my weep hole on the waterpump was plugged, and the bad seal let the antifreeze pass into the crankcase as these are gear driven waterpumps!!!!

We took the water pump off and found that the seals were bad. So this is where the water was coming from. Thanks
