Hi!!
I started to build this model a year and a half ago.
This is a Koehring 1066D hydraulic excavator.
The 1066 features hydraulic counterweight removal system.....
Crane type undercarriage......
The stick and bucket can be removed for transportation needs.....
The donor model is a Norscot Cat 5080 front shovel.I kept the bottom part of the house compartment and the undercarriage.I did major modifications to both.
I built the whole attachment from scratch, with the excaption of the hydraulic cylinders that came from the 5080.
