Kobelco SK200 pattern change?

Hi,

I have searched the forums and have not been able to locate how to correctly change the pattern on my excavator. Its a Kobelco SK200LC-III. Need to change from ISO to SAE. Does anyone have a diagram or information on this they could share? Thank you in advance.

If your machine is devoid of a pattern changer you have a couple of options approach your dealer for the OEM version or use this universal information, if we can help some more please come back.
