Having problems w/sk035 like if all of the flow in P1 is going strait to tank (0 psi) only P2 (left travel, arm & swing) & P3 (rotation & blade) are fine (withing 3800psi) And pilot pressure (500 psi) fine as well. Please some guiadance to locate problem will be fully apreciated, all ready rebuild the pump, the boom is foldee and all way down, if I tray to unfolded pushhing the arm down (unfold) it will raise the boom only if actuate right control at same time (means that the RControl is fine cos is sending pilot pressure to operate boom valve letting fluid return to tank, letting the whole boom raise while pushing arm down I hope I explain my self well) tanks.

Do both tracks work when activated together?

Is there an auxiliary valve on this machine, for a breaker or a thumb that could be stuck on?

Have you tried switching the P1 and P2 hoses?

Do you have a hydraulic schematic for this machine?

Yes all ready swap P1 for P2 and no change, I do got me an schcematic (hydraulic) an electric, no thing is stuck, no matter what i do (controls) no response on right side at all, I disasemble de control valve body looking for broken spools or relief pressure springs and everything seems to be fine, put it back together and I still have the same old problem!!!! . As soon as I get home I'll post a pic of the hydraulic schematic & maybe somebody see something that I overlook. If somebody there needs it I got the whole shop manual SK025 to 035.

Has to be in the control valve, I think these are set for shared flow on some functions, could be in that somewhere.

You should get an email anytime you get a new post to this thread.....

I'm not all that familiar with the set up on the 35 but it sounds like the "P1 neutral cut valve" is stuck open allowing oil full flow to tank. It is a pilot oil activated spool mounted at the end of the p1 half of the control valve. Or it's not getting the pilot oil pressure it needs. wes
