hi all I have been working on this digger as it stop working I have had engine recon and new pumps it still will no start after weeks of trying and sunday I try starting it I pulled the track levers is start and move back when I let go off levers it cuts out any help thanks jon

What is the pressure at the pump

Sounds like something is plumbed wrong and deadheading the motor.

I will take a gamble at what Ronsii said and will like to add in air is getting in system and fuel is draining back if after sitting awhile it's hard to start.
