My son just picked up a 750k for our forestry operation. The right side of the dozer c frame where it mounts to the main frame will not take grease. It has a small remote line that goes into a square channel and into the pin/bushing. Is it possible that the bushing spun and blocked the grease hole. Anyone have any experience with this on these machines. I removed the remote hose on the top and it passes grease. I was able to push a stiff wire to the bottom of the square tube section, blew it out with air and soaked it in some penetrating oil overnight. Still nothing.

The bushing did not turn. The external surface of the bushing has a groove for grease to travel to the hole in the bushing, so hole placement will not matter. Most likely there is a little dirt packed in there mixed with old hardened grease. Try heating the bushing area while trying to pump grease in. It would be a good idea if you have access to put a grease fitting directly into the port to remove the risk of damaging the hose from heating. If that does not work, then pin removal may be necessary.

Thank you, the heat did the trick. Couple of minutes with the rosebud and now it's flooded with grease.
