Welcome to HEF Chris;)! Does the backhoe work normally or is it slow as well? Also need a serial number.

Change your hydraulic filter. Then cut open your old one and see what's inside. Post results (and pictures if there is debris). Do you have service manuals? Are you comfortable with wrenching? The backhoe relief valve should be removed and inspected for debris in the end of it (make sure to relieve the hydraulic pressure before removal). If your loader valve has a relief (according to your serial number it does not, but look anyway) remove and inspect that as well.
