Just recently while running my skid steer it revved up on it's own. I idled it down and back up and continued working and it did it again. What's up with my machine. Also, no I did not bump the throttle.

Did the throttle lever move to a faster setting on its own? May need to tighten the locknut on the screw on which the throttle lever turns. On the parts diagram it shows 3 or 4 washers. Looks like thats where the friction is adjusted to hold the handle at a speed setting.

If not that, must be something internal to the injection pump, or not; not something I know about.
