Haven't worked on one myself but do you have the shop manual for it? Levers move but nothing happens or very slowly?

Might have lost the coupler between engine and pump, stripped spline, etc. I think it's all soft lines on the pump? Pull the two bolts, slide the pump back, check the pump shaft and the splined coupler, make sure the rubber donut is all together and bolted to the flywheel, etc.

or the pilot enable switch is defective (under the left pilot controller)
