Well, equipment just move forward and high speed. I cant control it. Does anybody know how it works? Is there any proportional valve responsable for drive?

There is a 4 wire plug at the pump that controls forward and reverse as well as a small manual lever to control drive check that plug. As for only having high speed it sounds like the limit switch at the back top area of the boom is stuck making it think the boom is stowed. High speed should disengage when you are above about 20 degrees or so.
