JLG 400CRT dual fuel Kubota

Got 2 JLG 400CRT with Kubota DF750E engines, will run on propane but when switching to gas it shuts down. Switch back to propane will run fine after it gets running. After switching to gas it won't even fire with ether. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tried finding a manual on engine but didn't find one.

When you switch to gas, does the fuel pump run when cranking? Does the hourmeter run? Can you verify spark? If it runs on LP, it's gotta be lack of either spark or gas?
