Machine is dual fuel ford engine trying to run on gas, cranks at ~40 rpm very very hard unless you push the switch to lift the platform and then the machine will crank at ~200 rpm and will start but dies when you let off the switch to lift platform.
Have tried reading through service manuals and haven't been able to find any test procedures.
The carburetor has been taken off and cleaned but automatic choke does not function and we have to choke it manually to get it to start the first time.
