Couldnt find any code definitions or troubleshooting tracks for either of these in the manual. Anybody have any ideas other than ecu replacement

Which 244J manual are you using? TM11214 has those codes.

91.14 - Throttle mismatch codes.
621.14 - CCU was shut down correctly. This one can be ignored.
