There are just four cap screws on the bottom unless someone has broken them off and modified it.

Just to clarify I’m talking the rubber boot/cover on top of rotary manifold that keeps water out of the center pivot gear area.

should just slip/clip off unless someone changed something... maybe added a wire clamp around it or???
