When my loader sits for a week the fuel will drain back into the tank, I use the lever on the fuel pump to fill the filter and open the injector lines and will get the machine to run again and it will be fine as I keep using it. Does the injection pump need rebuild or should something keep the fuel at the injection pump, Thank you.

There’s 2 things that keep the fuel up in the injection pump..
The OVERFLOW VALVE & the condition of the SUPPLY PUMP.
The supply pump can be removed from the side of the inj pump and sent in for repair..
They cut new seats if needed and replace the piston as needed.. It’s put back together using new valves , springs and hand primer..
JD can get u a new overflow valve..
