Hi all, looking for some help on a haul truck issue.

bought a JCB 714 recently. had it delivered straight to the jobsite. Worked fine for a few days. Operator hit a big pothole and truck went dead in the water. It wants to move but after about 20-30 ft it kicks into neutral and throws a code. Specifically B5 & B6 codes.(JCB codes)

Transmission is a ZF 6WG-160. Originally thought it was something electrical. A friend of mine is a transmission wiz and has been helping me work through the issue. He looked over the TCU and found a few issues that he addressed. Didn't fix the issue. We started testing pressures and found that the system pressure, forward, and reverse are all reading 25psi which seems extremely low.

Id appreciate any and all advice on where to go from here.

Hi Joel,

I already got you some info in the conversation. B5, B6 is slippage KV and KR when pressurized.
You definitely need about 220 PSI clutch pressure.
Clutch layers are very sensitive for water.
