Does anyone know if it is possible to do drive calibration on JCB 205 T4 without the Service Master?
Customer bought used, drive is super jerky, he had only 30 days warranty from dealer, the mode button didn’t work on keypad - so dealer replaced the keypad. Which didn’t really fix the issue. Warranty is over now.
It is so bad that operator doesn’t want drive the newer machine, continues to drive the old one, and that machine leaks very bad, owner says he looses $200 a day on hydraulic oil only. Well - I am working on leaks now. But it’s a shame to spent $24 000 on something that jerks so much that you can’t really use.
If anyone knows the drive calibration procedure without the scan tool - please share.
I bought the manual, but got lost in 1400 pages.
