Item number 12 which is a lubrication line is stuck open would it cause the transmission not to engage?

I posted another threaIMG_20260707_203718135.jpgd a few minutes ago but I got the answer to that one already. I would delete it but I don't know how. Cat 988 a serial number 87a784. If item number 13 which is a lubrication line is stuck open would that cause the transmission not to engage?
