Have a couple 310SL backhoes and the ride control seems to be a lot more stiff than the 301SJ I own. Can it be adjusted??

Is ride control adjustable

It's on or off. Your's sounds like it's out of gas. Finding, fixing the leak and a fresh charge of nitrogen would make a huge difference.
