...Injectors burp bubbles...

So you loosened the injector lines then? If they're burping then keep doing that until you get straight fuel with no bubbles, then it will start. If it keeps burping then something else is wrong in the fuel supply. probably not the injection pump.

Loosen the lines up and crank it over until you get straight fuel. Then tighten them back up and it will start.

Is this a D.Brown engine? Do u know about the bleed screw by the nameplate on the inj. pump?
Its a double screw,5/16 bleeder In a 7/16 body.. loosen the 5/16 till u get fuek & no air & tighten..
Lossen ALL the lines AT the injectors & crank till fuel squirts out & tighten..
Do all this w.the throttle WIDE OPEN & the shut off in the RUN position..

That engine "should" have a heater element in the intake pipe.?? As long as u get fuel AT the injectors, u might need the heater to fire it off..?? If u want to research it, its called a "thermo-start"..
but the BIG THING is getting solid fuel AT the inj. pipes.. Good luck..
