Can a pad foot drum from an IRSPF84 bolt straight into an IR SD150 Propac roller ?....thanks roger

The short of it is no. They have entirely different hydraulic and drive systems. Even if you stripped the drums down I don't think the components would swap from one to the other. The drum weldments are different part numbers.
The easiest solution is to get a pad foot shell kit for your SD150.
