As you swing to the side, the chipper could be kept parallel with the road to keep it closer to the machine, if that was a concern/necessity. The superstructure should clear the guard rail, so you could have the tracks against the rail. One point to remember, the lift chart is from the center of rotation, not the edge of the tracks.
