Our Shop charges 180 hr for private work and that's a bargain, I do 4-5 private roads a year sometimes more, if you get into a grader a 140 h is a good choice make sure it has the 3176 - 11L engine though, they seem to be most trouble free which is best for you, do not sell yourself to cheap, the contractor that hires you is getting paid very well.
