HM400-3 hoist retarder controller

i have been working on a hm400-3 for the past 3 months now, no matter what i do the errors cant be cleared, changed sensors, parts and even wirings. these 7 errors cant seems to go away. now i starts to wonder is it the controller is faulty. is there a way to tell whether or not its the controller's fault of the problem lays somewhere else?
