Hitachi UH071 - UH 083 pumps

I have currently got an old Hitachi UH 071 for knocking around the farm, however it has a single pump which is fine. However, I able to purchase a double pump from an UH083. Will this pump fit does anyone know? Will there will any complications with how the system works? Or would you not bother even attempting the switch?
