Hitachi Isuzu motor won’t stay at full throttle

Have 2011 210f-3 when running with throttle dial at full throttle the engine goes to idle mode while processing logs, new filters and filters are full in glass, no rough idle mode just goes from full power to idle mode, turn throttle dial back and forth makes no difference. shut off machine start up get full power, do about five logs goes back to idle mode. Anybody have this problem and know fix I would appreciate help! Thank you.

400 pages of tech trouble shooting manual, 3 different manuals. Start with a visual check of the mechanical linkages in the engine bay etc (physical observation). When was the last battery and earthing check? Manual has 6 or more pathways for different faults (for the 'symptoms' you have described). Faulty EC sensor is one of them.
