Hitachi EX 120-2 hydraulic bypass kit

Hi there, I have just fitted a bypass kit, was a tough job with not much in the way of instructions. Machine hydraulics will not work at all, do I have to disconnect the ECU? Also unsure weather I have put the hose into the right part of the valve bank. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
