Hitachi 200ex LC-3 problems hydraulics

Linked two videos above, my excavator is like she is loaded up on her hydraulics and under stain blowing black smoke and won’t stay going once you start using the hydraulics, just wondering if anyone can help me pinpoint what is wrong

Engine is far more likely to be the cause.

Either engine doesn't have enough power, or pumps are stuck on q max somehow and overloading it. Had Hyundai 320 NLC3 with that kind of a problem, as soon as you touch commands it kills the engine. Pumps weren't cutting the flow back.

Its sounds more like glogged fuel filters or fuel system is drawing air into the system into cracked fuel lines or hoses.
