Just joined the forum, hoping to learn from everyone because I am new to recruiting for HD/Earth Moving equipment technicians in Ohio and Michigan. I am certainly not new to the world of construction since my Dad and Brother have their own businesses.

Iowa has spoiled a lot of other teams records this year, don't take it too hard! I lived in OH about 35 years ago. Went to kindergarten there :)
