Help with replacing slack adjusters on a Deere 550B

1980's John Deere 550B dozer. I'm replacing the slack adjusters. I got this far without issue. Any idea how to remove the old tubes so I can put the new ones in place? Are they a press fit? Weld on some chain and pull? Any help is appreciated.
