Hi All, :Banghead
I am in Mozambique,Southern Africa with a big old Grovie problem.Both the retract cables have come
undone.One now and the other an old discovered birds cable nest inside the boom.
I've done Liebherr booms before, but do not have any docs on the Grove. Can the cables be replaced
without removing the complete boom? The new cables,wear pads etc are on their way from USA.
I am unable to get a boom description anywhere yet. (W/Shop manual is on the way too!!!)
The rear lock pin is seized, really bad, so removal will be a mission!!!
Any advice from this friendly, helpful forum will be much appreciated
