Howdy, just found the forum while looking for tips on operating a motor grader and saw all that was here so decided to sign up. I've got about 1k hours with wheel loaders and am rather sick of it as it's mostly mining rock and feeding the wash plant. I found out the company always needs grader operators so they said to just get a hold of one when our pit has it and get familiar, so I'm guessing it would be rough grading work. Anyhow, nice place and I look forward to learning some new things!
