hbm-nobas motor grader?

hi in the used market I found motor graders brand nobas, hbm nobas, someone knows this manufacturer, nobas I think is a builder east europe, if I'm not mistaken, thank you.

Hbm is made in Germany, but they are good graders.
Been working with it for over 15 years.
Currently have a Hbm160 TA5, is six-wheel drive with joystick control.

Does the saddle pivot around the main frame going to the front wheels?
