i recently took over the crew for this vehicle and have some issues.,., valving between outriggers and main boom ops have been changed to a manual valve.,., all systems were functioning until this change was made.,., the change was made due to original pto failure.,., custom built unit was re installed.,., outriggers were pushed out slowly once and then no response to stow.,., main boom has rotate and slow cable control., but no cable drop, boom extend or up and down controls.,., all solenoids test ok.,., anyone have any idea if the lack of control is due to hydraulic pressure being insufficient or the manual valve.,., i see no wires for the auto controls that would have controlled the electronic valve.,,. the mechanic who was in charge of this vehicle passed away.,,. i need help.,., please.,.,
