Look up "1992 Grizzly 4x4 SUV" on facebook marketplace.

One of a kind Grizzly 9 passenger suburban style 4x4. Made in North Vancouver. Unique larger than life piece of Canadian history, has a 5.9 Cummins turbo diesel, air bag suspension, 12 guage steel body panels, Dodge 3500 drivetrain. Over build for B.C’s rugged backcountry is a great collector piece. The company made a few pick up trucks for the logging industry and plans for the military but only one custom built for passengers. A doctor custom ordered this one and took it across Canada with his family and then eventually sold it to an art collector. Our guests would go crazy and start taking pictures when they saw this truck come to pick them up for their tour. Our operations manager back in the day borrowed it for his first date to hook his now wife and they are now married with twins. It’s magical and has huge effect on you when you see it in person. We are the third owners. Many of the body parts are apparently interchangeable and available through heavy truck manufacturers and the mechanical drive trail parts through Dodge. Needs a complete restoration. This truck would be idea for the film industry or maybe a large brand looking for the ultimate marketing vehicle. Selling to the highest bidder.

I know it would be modifying it and not original---but it would have a interesting look
with a set of daylight doors/front only. Old ones could be kept for originality purpose.
That looks pretty nice under the hood.

I just tried looking it up again, and its been taken down.

So- they were selling to the highest bidder, any ideas what this thing should / would / might sell for?

Its a project, no matter what. but what's the best guess? $20,000 (USD) which would be $28,000 or so CAD.

That's my guess, but Will here is probably the last buyer of a truck, unless others have changed hands since then.

Thing about these Grizzly trucks-----Those are a true collectable--simply because of the unique
style & design plus the fact there only a very limited number built. Unlike a corvette---vehicles
like those are everywhere and really there is not much unique about cars like that because too
many were produced each year, only difference was some options, big deal nothing really rare
about a vette.

That Surerus Grizzly is sure sharp. Must not be much pipelining going on in Alberta recently because the Surerus yard at Gibbons must have $15,000,000.00 or more worth of machinery in their yard. All lined up in order. Looks like a smaller Ritchie Bros. yard! Looks like at least 6 Volvo excavator based pipelayers and dozens of excavators. Very impressive to say the least. I should try to get a pic. the next time I go out to my property.

The value of a Grizzly is wide open..I can tell you this tho..Six weeks ago I was offered $70K for my truck. It is a standing offer and a good offer. Not ready to sell it tho...I have had my 67 mustang for 20 years,my 68 Mustang Fastback for 47 years,my 36 Diamond T for 36 years. My dad had it for 20 years before that... I am 65 now with no kids. At some point i will have to find homes for my toy's...But not yet...
