genie slow traction in high and low height

genie z60/34, with low speed as if it were at height, primary, secondary and telescopic arm switch are checked, without response, cable continuity is checked, everything in correct condition

Need more info. Serial # gas/dual fuel/diesel. What motor ? How did you check the switches ? At the lower control box panel or at the switch itself ?? Does engine go into high idle when you select high speed drive via toggle switch and step on function pedal ? Does the engine go to height idle when you lift main boom ?
