Genie S80 1998 Jack too weak to lift

Hi,

I have a 1998 Genie S80 that works well except for the strength of the hydraulic jacks. The jacks, both front and rear, will go down and slightly lift the machine but not enough to take it off the ground so that I can retract the wheels. All fluids are normal. Serial number 231.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.
