The engine is a Ford LRG 425 EFI 2.5L. Running fine, stopped, and will not restart.
The fault code is 537 which is throttle unable to open. Took off the throttle body, cleaned it, and tested the motor. Put it back on, and same result.
I am asking if there are problems that will give this code although the throttle is OK? I would hate to spend $300 on a new Bosch throttle body and find out that it was something else.
I would appreciate any experience with the throttle issue.
