Galion 160 Circle Adjustment

I have a 160C Galion that dates back to about 1951. The circle is hanging up in spots and is in need of adjustment. I found part of a Galion service manual online that talks about this procedure, but the quality of the copy is very poor - can't see the pictures at all. Does anyone have a good procedure for doing this circle adjustment they can post, or point me somewhere online to get this info?
