Ford diagnostic software

Does any one know where one can purchase diagnostic software and cables for the Ford engines in Genie and JLG lifts? I contacted the nearest industrial Ford dealer asking about it and have not received any response. I have part numbers for the kits and have googled them but can find nothing there either. What do any of you that work on these engines use for diagnostics?
