ford 7.8 fuel pump problem

my 1988 ford l-8000 dies while running. its seems like a fuel issue(changed filters and water/fuel seperator filter) will hand pump from a bucket.then dies again when it runs out.I can`t find the fuel pump,I was told its part of the hand primer.anybody know anything to help? its a bosch908 injector pump.
also who sells replacement hand primers?

i found the problem,wasn`t the fuel pump but a fuel heater wasn`t allowing fuel to flow. im back and running
