Hi guys. I’m posting this for a fella that wants to time his Ford 1910 inj pump before pulling it.
It has the 3 cyl Shibura engine with the Diesel Kiki in-line pump..
I’ve never done it..
Normally I’d tell’m to remove the side cover and rotate the engine until #1 starts to rise and look for timing marks on the front drive gears.. BUT..
the side cover screws are VERY SOFT and will round off if u try to remove them w/o the proper size Phillips bit AND a hand impact driver..
Anyone ever timed one.??
