This dozer is still sitting in their shop and nothing has been done yet. Im going by there today and ask about it.

I know nothing about Komatsu anything, but $6,500 to change injectors?

If they're set up like a lot of CAT units, probably have the aftertreatment system sitting on top of the valve cover. Couple hours right there just getting to the valve covers.

My MF backhoe had the same design crew. R&R fuel tank to get the valve cover off.
I was a Jag mechanic for 30 years, same engineers there.

Approval came 2 days ago to have the dealer do this repair. Now they cant get the engine to run long enough with an E03 to get it on the haul trailer LOL..........the saga continues!
