We have one of the guys in the garage paint it in the winter where ever it gets all banged up. we really only use it for hay bales and in areas we don't want to destroy with a bigger machine. It actually takes the place of 2 or 3 laborers depending on what we are doing.

At this present time I only have a Hill Billy Backhoe.
It has a lot of muscle and plenty of back bone with a long arm to reach out for the all you can scoop jobs.
It has a smooth mouth bucket which is pictured on the far left,
and if it gets hard to work through the material I can rely on the added penetration achieved by using the attachment of teeth ( picture in the middle display ) and after so many hours of extended use I have to use the all new cutting edge as shown on the ( right of the piercing teeth )
All of this great combination of combined attachments have saved me large amounts of money in the long run as you can see in my hand, so I can enjoy my favorite pass time of the last picture which is
leisure time boating and buffets.
See what I mean of plenty of backbone and muscle, and look at that
high powered digging arm at work with a thumb attachment for security of product.

Don't need any fuel for the boat ( The S. S. ) for I have plenty of gas stored up behind of my belly button for any movement, ready to be expelled out the back as desired, needing no propeller
as I troll along enjoying retirement.

The D5M is an all around good dozer. We use it for stripping off small sites to graveling roads and parking lots before the grade or grading building slabs and spreading loam. I think its one of the best smaller sized dozers cat makes.
